Cancellation Policy

• If a client cancels the booking more than 45 days before the departure date, a 25% cancellation charge will be deducted from the total tour cost.
• If a client cancels the booking within 35 days prior to the departure date, a 50% cancellation charge will be applied on the total tour cost.
• If a client cancels the booking within 30 days of the departure date, the booking will be considered non-refundable and 100% of the tour cost will be charged.
• If any activity or tour is canceled due to unavoidable circumstances such as government restrictions or extreme weather conditions, no refund will be provided. However, alternative arrangements may be offered if possible.

Refund Policy

Any eligible refund will be processed within 15 to 25 days after the cancellation request has been confirmed.
