Terms and Conditions
Welcome to BestPackage. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These terms govern your use of our website and services, including travel, tour, and trekking packages. Please read them carefully before making any booking.
1. Booking and Payment Terms
- 1.1 Booking Confirmation: A booking will be confirmed only after an advance payment of ₹10,000. This amount may vary depending on the group size. Clients must also share payment proof, Aadhar card details, and a valid email ID.
- 1.2 Second Payment: The second installment, which is 50% of the total tour cost, must be paid before the client’s arrival. After this, details regarding vehicle, driver, and hotel will be shared.
- 1.3 Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid after reaching the first stay point of the tour.
- 1.4 Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation before 45 days: 25% deduction from total cost.
- Cancellation within 35 days: 50% deduction from total cost.
- Cancellation within 30 days: 100% cancellation charges (no refund).
- No refund in case of cancellations due to government restrictions or extreme weather conditions. Alternate options may be provided where possible.
- 1.5 Refund Policy: Eligible refunds will be processed within 15–25 days after cancellation confirmation.
2. Responsibilities and Liabilities
- 2.1 Client Responsibility: Clients must provide accurate personal details and carry valid documents such as Aadhar card, PAN card, and necessary permits.
- 2.2 Company Responsibility: BestPackage will ensure the trip follows the planned itinerary. However, we are not responsible for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by natural disasters, political issues, or unforeseen situations.
- 2.3 Health & Safety: Clients must ensure they are physically fit for activities like trekking. BestPackage will not be responsible for any injuries, health issues, or accidents during the trip.
3. Changes to Itinerary
BestPackage reserves the right to modify travel plans due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or unavoidable circumstances. Any additional expenses arising from such changes must be borne by the client.
4. Use of Media
BestPackage may use photographs, videos, and testimonials from tours for promotional purposes. Clients must inform in writing before the end of the tour if they do not wish their media to be used.
5. Client Conduct
Any misconduct or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate termination of the tour without any refund. Clients are expected to respect local culture, environment, and communities.
6. Unforeseen Situations
BestPackage will not be liable for failure to deliver services due to events beyond control such as natural disasters, strikes, political disturbances, or pandemics.
7. Intellectual Property
All website content including text, images, and media belongs to BestPackage and cannot be used without prior permission.
8. Dispute Resolution

9. Policy Updates
