These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the BestPackage website and your relationship with us when you book a travel package, trek, or spiritual yatra. By booking with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Booking and Payments

A booking is confirmed only when a non-refundable initial deposit (usually 30% to 50% depending on the package) is received by BestPackage. The remaining balance must be paid prior to the start date of the tour or on arrival, as specified in your booking confirmation invoice. We reserve the right to cancel bookings if payments are not made on time.

2. Itinerary Changes

While we strive to follow the agreed itinerary, Himalayan travel is subject to weather conditions, road closures, landslides, and government regulations. BestPackage reserves the right to alter the itinerary for safety reasons. Any additional costs arising from such unforeseen events (extra hotel nights, alternate transport) must be borne directly by the traveler.

3. Traveler Responsibilities

Fitness: Treks and Yatras require a basic level of physical fitness. It is your responsibility to ensure you are medically fit for high-altitude travel.
Documents: You must carry valid government-issued ID proofs (Aadhar, Passport) at all times. Foreign nationals must hold valid visas and permits.

4. Liability and Insurance

BestPackage acts as an agent for transport operators, hotels, and other contractors. We shall not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, delays, loss of baggage, or death during the tour. We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance before commencing their journey.

5. Code of Conduct

We promote eco-friendly and respectful travel. Travelers must respect local cultures, adhere to guidelines at religious sites (such as dressing modestly at temples during Chardham Yatra), and avoid littering in the mountains. We reserve the right to terminate a traveler's participation if their behavior is disruptive or illegal, without any refund.
